It's getting harder and harder for qualified people to find
jobs and some have to look and apply for positions that pay less than what they
are used to making. Many people are applying for jobs that they don't even have
experience in. For example, I had a security guard account manager tell me that there are people applying for jobs in the security guard industry that have never worked in
that field before and really don't want to do it, but need something to make ends meet. Jobs are scarce. The competition is high; one position may
have 500 applicants. Furthermore, if you don't have a college education or some type
of skill/trade to keep up with this competition it's even harder to find a job
making decent money. Even experienced
job seekers are finding difficulty. You can't sit back and wait for
someone to call you in for an interview or hire you. You have to legally
create a hustle these days. You have to
find other options and ways of making money so you can keep a roof over your
head.
