It's getting harder and harder for qualified people to findjobs and some have to look and apply for positions that pay less than what theyare used to making. Many people are applying for jobs that they don't even haveexperience in. For example, I had a security guard account manager tell me that there are people applying for jobs in the security guard industry that have never worked inthat field before and really don't want to do it, but need something to make ends meet. Jobs are scarce. The competition is high; one position mayhave 500 applicants. Furthermore, if you don't have a college education or some typeof skill/trade to keep up with this competition it's even harder to find a jobmaking decent money. Even experiencedjob seekers are finding difficulty. You can't sit back and wait forsomeone to call you in for an interview or hire you. You have to legallycreate a hustle these days. You have tofind other options and ways of making money so you can keep a roof over yourhead.

What I mean bybeing organized is to be organized with your time, money, business processesand goals. Many entrepreneurs do not understand this concept and just wantto make money. Many times when you start a new business youare the sole person responsible for a lot of the tasks that are involved tomake your business successful. With thatsaid, time is of the essence and you will need to manage your time well or hiresomeone to help you in that department.

There are a few things you can do to help you mange yourtime better:

Create a “To Do List” by entering it in a journal or notebook of any tasks you will need to complete for that week. Plan your weeks out ahead of time and enter deadlines to get it done. This holds you responsible for following through and these are things you have control over.
Think about all the things you have going on in your life that you could place on the back burner for now. This will help you to be more productive in your day. You can always bring them back into your life when you have time!

When you are in business you will need money and depended onwhat type of business you are in some may need more than others. You need tospend your money wisely. To prepare for going into business, I would suggest afew things:

Minimize your spending
Minimize the amount of debt that you have by paying some bills off and/or not creating any new debt
Don’t settle for the first price you get when buying items related to your business. Shop around and get the best offer or deal. Negotiate!
Try to save as much as you can for a rainy day
If you have to work a part-time or day job until you can sustain your way of life with your own business do so.

This should be documented in your business plan. Everyone needs a plan doesn’t matter how bigor small your venture is. You shoulddocument in detail your short-term and long-term goals and your business processesso that everything will run as smooth as possible.

Social networks are a great place to advertise your business. Particularly using Facebook, you can invite your friends and/or business clients to like your page. You can also get them to enter comments/testimonials about your business. You can create your own business page on Facebook by going to their home page and clicking on "Create a Page for a celebrity, band or business" right below the "Sign Up" button .
